Doris Tay

Director of Distribution

Doris joined Re:Sound in 2007 and is focused on improving and streamlining the royalty distribution processes within the company. She works with Re:Sound’s member organizations to maximize distribution efficiencies and ensures the company has the hard and soft resources in place to meet its distribution targets.

Doris has over 20 years of experience in senior management roles working in a number of different industries, and has focused on artists’ rights management for the past 14 years. She has worked in the manufacturing and retail industries, and for a professional association for film and television writers.

Doris has a BComm (Hon) from the University of Manitoba. In addition, she holds the computer networking designation of CNE for Novell Netware.
